A 60-Min floor based class combining intense streching, yoga postues, and pilates movements. This class will improve muscle tone and strength, as well as flexability and body awareness.

SPINNING CLASS
One of the most popular group exercise classes in the country! Unlike any other workout, burning 500-600 calories per session. All levels welcome! Please let the instructor know if you are new to the class. Heart rate monitors suggested
