PILATES CLASS

A 60-Min floor based class combining intense streching, yoga postues, and pilates movements. This class will improve muscle tone and strength, as well as flexability and body awareness.

HIP HOP CLASS

High-Impact cardio workout that frees you to enjoy the sensation of dance. An addictive fusion of the latest dance styles and the hottest new sounds puts the emphasis on having fun and breaking a sweat. Exciting moves will be taught as you compine them together to create complete dance sequences.

STEP & SCULPT CLASS

An energizing workout using the Reebok Step! Challengeing combinations and intense power moves come together to give you the ultimate cardiovascular conditioning!

SPINNING CLASS

One of the most popular group exercise classes in the country! Unlike any other workout, burning 500-600 calories per session. All levels welcome! Please let the instructor know if you are new to the class. Heart rate monitors suggested

YOGA CLASS

By focusing on the body and breatthing while performing a series of poses and streches, students will strengthen and tone muscles, increase circulation and flexability, acheive relaxation and improve overall health

KICKBOXING CLASS

Challenge your aerobic conditioning with this high-energy class! This is a non contact kickboxing class utilizing basic kicks and punches. Designed as a total body workout, this class will make you sweat!
